Dance Costume Contest!!
Share one or more of your favorite dance costumes you made this year, and you just might win a $100.00 gift card to purchase supplies for the sewing season to come!

2. Repost
Like, and repost our contest flyer on Facebook:
Click the “like,” and “share” buttons, (Privacy setting must be set to public; look for the drop down menu to the left of the share button and make sure it is set to “Public”).
3. Upload
Share a photo of your finished costume to our Facebook page and yours:
Step one: Pick 1, or more of your favorite dance costumes that you made this year and take a picture of it. Be sure that the photo is taken close enough to see some detail.*Up to five entries/costumes per person
Step two: Upload your pictures to our Facebook page:
Visit our Facebook page and upload a photo of your costume to the section titled, “Visitor Posts” (located in the lower left section). Everyone's submission will need to be approved before it is visible on our Facebook page. Once it has been approved, you will be able to see it. Feel free to write a description about your costume if you like: the genre of dance, how you tied the costume in with the theme of the choreography/music, your creative process, applications used, etcetera.

Step Three: Share your costume with your Facebook friends: Upload the picture of your costume to your Facebook page, and tell your FB buddies to wish you luck in the contest ;) *Be sure that your privacy settings are set to Public for that post.
4. How the winner is picked:
M.Y.O.D.C. staff will be evaluating the entries based on the following criteria: Sewing & embellishing skills, creativity, execution, fit, and use of supplies.
5. Deadline:
All contest requirements (photo submission, photo sharing/reposting, likes/follow must be completed before midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on August 1st. 2016.
6. Prize:
$100.00 M.Y.O.D.C. virtual gift card + your costume featured on our homepage!!
The winner will be announced from our Facebook page, and our website no later than August 31st, 2016. If you won, M.Y.O.D.C. representative, Amanda Lupton, will be contacting you via Facebook to give you your prize.
